Full Recruitment Practice Programme

Physical Evaluation

What we assess: endurance, upper-body strength, and chest expansion.

Tests included:

  • 1600 m Run: timed run to benchmark stamina.
  • Chin-ups / Beam: repetitions to measure upper-body strength and control.
  • Chest Measurement: expansion and normal range check as per standards.

Outcome: on-the-spot scorecard with pass criteria and improvement tips.

Written Evaluation

What we assess: core concepts and problem-solving for govt exams.

Subjects covered:

  • Mathematics: arithmetic, algebra, percentages, ratios, time–distance.
  • General Science (GS): basic physics, chemistry, biology in daily life.
  • General Knowledge (GK): current affairs, Indian polity, geography, economy.
  • Reasoning: verbal and non-verbal, series, analogy, coding–decoding.

Outcome: detailed section-wise score with strengths and focus areas.

Medical Evaluation

What we assess: fitness for duty and basic medical eligibility.

Checks performed:

  • Vision & Colour Vision: near/far vision, colour perception.
  • Hearing: whisper/clinical test as per norms.
  • Vitals: height, weight, BP, pulse, BMI.
  • General Health: respiratory, cardiac, musculoskeletal review.

Outcome: preliminary medical fitness note and guidance for next steps.
